AC/DC Motors:
These motors ranging from small fan motors to IEC Metric European motors up to several thousand horsepower.
Controls:
Blower Wheels:
Blower Wheels are centrifugal fans. As with any action, the speed is the greatest at the outmost portion of the device, in this case, the wheel's outside diameter.
There are 6 basic types or blower wheels or centrifugal impellers used in industries. They are:
1. Shrouded Radial Blade 2. Open Radial Blade 3. Open Paddle Wheel 4. Backward Inclined 5. Forward Curved Multi-vane 6. Backward Curved Radial

Fan Blades:
- Increased blade pitch increases CFM and HP.
- Decreased blade pitch decreases CFM and HP.
- Increasing the number of blades increases static pressure characteristics.
V-Belts:
Bearings:
Sleave bearings are available for both static and dynamic conditions. Lubricated bearings can be made from bronze, steel, or stainless steel, with or without lube gooves and holes. Self-lubrication is recomended for any application in which dynamic conditions require the capability to handle heavy loads, both reversind and non-reversing, or continuous oscillation.
